These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website consultoriaintegral365.com (the “Site”), as well as the relationship between Consultoría Integral 365 E.I.R.L. and the people who visit it or contact us through it.
By accessing the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Purpose and scope
The Site is informational and institutional in nature. It describes the technology consulting services offered by CI365 and provides a contact channel.
The content of the Site does not constitute a binding offer nor professional advice applicable to any specific case. The actual delivery of any service is governed by the contract, proposal or services agreement signed separately between Consultoría Integral 365 E.I.R.L. and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and that contract, the contract prevails with respect to the contracted services.
3. Conditions of use
You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith and these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that harm third-party rights.
- Introduce or distribute malicious software, or carry out actions that damage, overload or impair the Site or prevent its normal use by others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas, systems or networks connected to the Site, or circumvent its security measures.
- Systematically extract the Site’s content by automated means for commercial purposes without our prior written authorisation.
- Impersonate CI365 or any other individual or legal entity.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, logos, source code and other elements of the Site are owned by Consultoría Integral 365 E.I.R.L. or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Peruvian and international copyright and industrial property law.
Viewing and reproducing extracts of the content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided the source is cited. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation — requires prior written authorisation.
5. Third-party links and content
The Site may include links to third-party sites, offered for reference only. CI365 does not control those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices. You access them at your own risk.
Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site — including Microsoft, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure and Microsoft Entra ID — belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only. Their mention does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by those owners unless expressly stated.
6. Integrated applications and services
CI365 may develop and register applications that integrate with third-party platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID. Where one of our applications requests permissions to access your organisation’s data:
- Access is strictly limited to the permissions expressly granted by you or by your organisation’s administrator during the consent process.
- Data is processed solely for the purposes described at the time of consent and in the corresponding services agreement.
- The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- You or your organisation’s administrator may revoke consent at any time from the administration console of the relevant platform.
7. Site availability
We aim to keep the Site continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. CI365 may suspend, modify or discontinue access to the Site, in whole or in part, for maintenance, security or reasons beyond its control, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
8. Limitation of liability
The content of the Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind as to its accuracy, currency or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by Peruvian law, Consultoría Integral 365 E.I.R.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from access to or use of the Site, nor for decisions you make relying solely on the information published here.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that, under Peruvian law, cannot be excluded or limited — in particular liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data you provide through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and complies with Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS.
10. Changes
CI365 may amend these Terms to reflect regulatory, technical or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, showing its last updated date. Continued use of the Site after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of it.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the courts of the Judicial District of Lima, waiving the jurisdiction of their own domicile, without prejudice to the rights granted to users by consumer protection legislation.
